Alexis is a solicitor in the Employment department and deals with all aspects of Employment law, including disciplinary and grievance issues, dismissals and TUPE. She also advises on contracts of employment and the implementation of policies and procedures.
Alexis also acts on behalf of both claimants and respondents in the bringing and defending of Tribunal claims.
Alexis is also Governor at Kings Langley School.
