Insolvency
Guy advises businesses and individuals in relation to their own affairs and also on the impact of insolvency proceedings affecting a business' suppliers and customers. His strong relationships with local and national insolvency practitioners (for whom he also acts) mean he is well placed to represent clients with insolvency issues. His experience allows him to act quickly and minimise the impact of the insolvency event.
Restructuring
Whilst insolvency is seldom welcome, many of the procedures available can be utilised to allow a business to be restructured. The legislation can also be used by solvent businesses to reorganise asset holdings. Guy’s clients range from football clubs to property investment vehicles.
