Marilyn is a family law solicitor specialising in the resolution of financial matters arising from divorce and relationship breakdown. She also advises on issues concerning children and has represented parents and guardians in many complex cases.

Marilyn is a qualified Collaborative Lawyer – the system that promotes the use of non-adversarial techniques to negotiate agreements and settlements.

Marilyn is also a member of the Law Society’s Children Panel.
