Michael has worked for many software and IT services companies , whether being in the public domain or SME companies, on a wide range of matters ranging from major turnkey projects such as outsourcing transactions to standard Ts & Cs. He was one of the first lawyers in the UK to establish himself as an IT lawyer, acquiring his first software house client in 1978.
