Victoria has over twelve years’ experience in dealing with Estate Planning for her clients, including the preparation of Wills to suit each client’s unique circumstances, and the provision of realistic, straightforward advice about Inheritance Tax.
Victoria has dealt with the administraion of many estates, large and small, and with or without Wills. She has a practical yet sensitive approach, and endeavors to relieve families from as much of the worry of dealing with a loved one’s financial and property affairs as possible.
Victoria prepares and registers Lasting Powers of Attorney, dealing efficiently with the paperwork, which can seem overwhelming to the inexperienced! She can also advise on all aspects of applications to the Court of Protection.
