Situation

Rocket Medical wished to acquire the (Copeland, Surgi-hook and Mityvac) brands and related assets from Surgicraft, a privately held medical device company based in Worcestershire, UK.  These obstetric products have been in successful use for over 20 years.
Acquiring the products would give Rocket Medical a strong position in the UK in the field of obstetrics.

Solution
