As a result of our seminar in October, which examined the commercial issues surrounding the Data Protection Act, we have had a substantial number of enquires regarding training which focuses on the HR implications of the Data Protection Act.

In response to this we have designed a new training course. This course will give you the knowledge you need to handle employee personal data, carry out workplace monitoring and deal with data subject (employee) access requests confidently and without falling foul of the law.
