SA Law is a new commercial law firm that launches on 1 June 2005.

Formerly the Pictons St Albans office, the 70-strong branch is forming a new and independent limited liability partnership.

SA Law will be a specialist commercial practice supported by leading private client expertise. Steve Ryan, who takes on the role of Managing Partner, comments: “This is a very exciting time for us. We have built a strong commercial team over the last few years and gained an exceptional reputation – both for the quality of our advice and customer care. As the legal market becomes larger and more diverse, we feel now is the time to concentrate on a dedicated service for businesses.”

SA Law will build on the proven track record of its legal advisers and an already loyal client-base of organisations and individuals in the UK and internationally.

The firm plans to expand aggressively – both in terms of size and market share.
