Palm Paper Celebrates “Topping Out” Ceremony

Palm Paper, a major German paper manufacturer, celebrated a construction milestone, just before Christmas, with the “topping out” of its new paper plant on the former British sugar site in Saddlebow, Norfolk.

The construction project, is second largest development in the UK and will result in a state of the art paper making plant which is due to begin production in September 2009.
