We offer a complete debt recovery service. In the case of uncontested debts, we work on a fixed fee basis for taking the following steps:

• Drafting robust letters before action demanding payment – we charge just £15 plus VAT, regardless of the value of the debt
• Issuing proceedings
• Obtaining judgment where the debtor fails to respond to the claim
• Obtaining judgment when payment is received or when proposals are made by the debtor for payment

We can also assist you in enforcing judgments against the debtor to enable a financial recovery to be made.

Our Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution team has the experience and expertise to deal with more complex contested debts. For such cases, we provide a costs estimate before we start work. You therefore know at the outset how much we expect it will cost to recover the sums you are owed.
