SA Law offer a fixed fee Debt Recovery Scheme for uncontested debts, which enables you to collect your debts quickly and efficiently. Our fixed fees mean you have certainty of the costs involved in taking legal action from the outset and prices start at just £15 + VAT.

Our Debt Recovery Scheme is operated by a team of specialist solicitors, experienced in commercial litigation and debt recovery. You will have a dedicated individual point of contact who will take your instructions in respect of each debt and assess the best way to proceed.
