Our Employer Protection Scheme is the most cost effective way to protect your business from the burden of employment law; with a fixed price package to cover any eventuality. This Scheme is designed to free you from much of the administrative responsibility of Human Resources and create more time for running your business.

What our Scheme Delivers

Our scheme consists of a number of core components, which are also available in isolation:

Claims Insurance

Statistics now prove that businesses are more likely to face an employment dispute than a serious fire or theft. In most cases legal costs cannot be recovered; even if you are 100% successful in defending the claim. We can arrange an insurance option that complements our services to give full peace of mind and protect your business against costly tribunal claims (a copy of the insurance policy wording is available on request). To take advantage of the optional insurance a healthcheck must be completed and the helpline service must be in place.

Fixed Charging

Our initial healthcheck is free; if any action is needed we will work with you to put things right. The fee for the helpline, documentation and insurance (if purchased), are fixed annually and can be paid by monthly standing order. The cost will depend on your payroll and the number of staff you employ.
