This training course will provide Managers and HR professionals with:-

  2. A clear awareness of the roles of all those involved with a disciplinary and grievance process and in particular, with reference to the role of the Investigatory Officer.
  3. The ability to undertake a thorough and detailed investigation.
  4. A clear awareness of what is required of them as an investigating Officer with the ability to produce a sound and structured written investigation report.
  5. The ability to identify, analyse, address and resolve common problems that can arise in the course of an investigation.
  6. A general understanding of what it means to give evidence in an Employment Tribunal case.
